Keen followers of Upp B2B might have noticed change is afoot here at our MediaCity base. We’ve refreshed our brand, bolstered our leadership structure, and renewed our dedication to Powerful Creative Thinking to help brands overcome their biggest marketing challenges.

After a brilliant year, we’re starting the last quarter on target to deliver 30% year-on-year growth. And with an ambitious three-year plan taking shape, who better to deliver it than our new-look leadership team led by our co-founders, Max and Mike Clark.

In a series of internal promotions, we’re pleased to announce our Senior Copywriter and ‘words man’ Chris Banner has been promoted to Creative Director alongside Martin Askew as Design Director. They join Strategy Director, Alex Bone and Client Services Director Alex Bandaranaike, who has also become a shareholder in the business.
