Unibox was expanding beyond its events-industry core and working with an increasing number of retail-sector clients. Multiple websites and visual identities were now being used, diluting the brand proposition and making it difficult to communicate Unibox’s core values.

The delivery
- Through interviews and stakeholder primary research we explored internal and external perceptions of Unibox. We extracted key insights, analysed the competition and mapped out Unibox’s future objectives.
- As research progressed, it became clear that Unibox’s offer was genuinely unique. Its combination of exceptional engineering and manufacturing services with a consultative, agency-style approach was something that customers valued highly.
- These insights gave us the foundation for a bold new brand identity that encapsulates the company’s commitment to trend-informed design, reliable structural integrity and exacting craftsmanship.
- We also reworked Unibox’s product hierarchy and website structure, creating new page strategies, user interfaces and calls-to-action that better embodied the brand identity.
