Forterra is a leading light in manufacturing, service and logistics within the construction industry. With 17 manufacturing facilities in the UK, Forterra’s brands include London Brick, Jetfloor, Ecostock and Thermalite.

“We need to conduct qualitative customer satisfaction research across Forterra’s diverse product range and customer base.”

The delivery

  • We worked with the senior management team to develop questions sets that would accurately track customer satisfaction against SMART objectives and KPIs. Interviews were conducted via telephone by our research team.
  • We created a custom database to record and manage the resulting data sets. Once all calls were completed, we plotted responses and developed bespoke, in-depth reports for each product set.
  • This report was then presented to Forterra, along with analysis and recommendations.
