Exciting developments are afoot at Upp B2B, with new client projects kicking off and new talent boosting our stellar team. We grabbed five minutes amid the flurry of meetings, brand workshops and general heads-down grafting to find out a bit more about Beccy Irving, our new client services director.

Becs brings bags of experience and energy to her role heading up the CS team, having held a number of senior roles both agency and client-side before she joined us in January.

———-

Where is your favourite place in the world?

Cuba. It’s such a vibrant country full of music, dancing and rum… lots of rum.

What are you currently watching on Netflix?

How to Get Away with Murder… don’t read anything into that though!

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing positive changes in businesses through the work we’ve done.

Where are you from?

Teesside, although you would never know because I’ve lost my accent.

What was your first ever job?

When I was 10 I used to go door to door selling French cheese to my neighbours. I think I was a budding entrepreneur.

What was the last book you read?

I’m more of an Audible girl now, so the last book I listened to was ‘The Little Big Things’ by Henry Fraser.

Who would play you in the movie of your life?

Although she’s not an actress, I’d say Caroline Flack.

What’s your proudest work achievement?

There have been so many – I like to celebrate the small successes as well as the big ones.

Thanks Becs!
